IMGEdit is a photo editor for your phone. You upload a photo, move a slider, and compare before and after by dragging a line across the picture. There are no menus to learn and no prompts to write.

The screen is one full-size photo with a slider rail down the right edge, a bit like a short-video app. Each kind of edit is called a flow, and 13 of them ship today:
| Flow | What it does |
|---|---|
| Age | Makes the person look younger or older |
| Resolution | Scales the photo up and rebuilds the details |
| Restore | Repairs an old, damaged or faded photo |
| Colorize | Brings a black-and-white photo to colour |
| Relight | Changes the lighting of the scene |
| Style | Repaints the photo in an artistic style |
| Expression | Changes a facial expression |
| Headshot | Turns a photo into a professional headshot |
| Background | Puts the subject in front of a new background |
| Remove | Erases something from the photo |
| Season | Changes the season or the weather |
| Realism | Turns a sketch into a photorealistic image |
| Edit | Applies a ready-made change |
Each flow is a JSON file. It declares the sliders, the model add-ons they drive and the fixed generation settings. The app draws its controls from that file and the server checks the values against it, so a new flow is a new file, not new code.
The edits run on Qwen-Image through stable-diffusion.cpp. The GPU is rented per second on Modal, so an idle service costs nothing, while the queue, accounts and web app run on my own server. Jobs are processed one at a time from a SQLite queue, and every job has its own address, so you can reload the page or come back later and pick up where you left off.
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email. New accounts get a few free edits. Every upload and every result is checked for nudity before it is stored or returned, and accounts that keep trying get paused and then banned.
I built it because the tools I tried either asked for a long prompt or buried the one setting I cared about under dozens of others. A live instance runs at imgedit.cgeosoft.com.
